Irina Danilyan is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, where she specializes in mortgage foreclosure & default services and the representation of creditors in bankruptcy matters incident to mortgage foreclosures.

Irina has amassed nearly 15 years of experience in foreclosure litigation. With a meticulous and detail-oriented approach, Irina prides herself on her thoroughness and diligence throughout the foreclosure process. In addition to her foreclosure litigation focus, Irina also plays a crucial role in assisting banks and other financial services providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional, and bankruptcy matters. She was instrumental in safeguarding creditors’ rights in various scenarios, including condominium termination, probate, bankruptcy, and criminal forfeiture matters. Irina’s comprehensive experience and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable asset in navigating the complex landscape of real estate litigation and bankruptcy.

Irina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management, cum laude, from Long Island University, and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Notably, during law school, she received a CALI Book Award, recognizing her for achieving the highest score in her Legal Research and Writing course, and she served as a Professor’s Research Assistant.
