SCOPE

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Kelley Kronenberg, P.A. (“Kelley Kronenberg,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information offline and through our websites and other online platforms where this Policy is published (collectively, our “Platform”). This Policy does not apply to our collection, use, or disclosure of personal information about members of the Kelley Kronenberg workforce.

NOTICE AT COLLECTION

We collect information from and about you. Below are the categories of personal information we may collect, followed by more detail on how we use and disclose it.

• Commercial information: Details identifying you and relating to services or events you are interested in or have considered.
• Contact information: Your name, address, email address, or telephone number.

• Professional information: Your title, employer, or professional contact details.
• Sensitive personal information: Information you may voluntarily include in a contact, intake, or case evaluation submission, such as details about a health condition, injury, or immigration status, where relevant to your inquiry. We collect this category only when you choose to provide it and use it solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
• Sensory data: Photographs or videos from our events.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share certain identifiers and internet activity information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may be considered “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”). You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time. See “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” below.

Retention criteria. The CCPA requires us to disclose the criteria we use to determine how long we retain each category of personal information. Our records often combine multiple categories of personal information, so we evaluate retention on a case-by-case basis using these factors: the information’s necessity to (i) deliver our services or manage our relationship with you; (ii) protect our business, employees, firm, and others; (iii) meet our legal and regulatory obligations; and (iv) investigate and address safety issues, security incidents, or policy violations.

HOW WE MAY COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Automatically: When you visit and interact with our Platform on any device. We may use analytics and cookies, including third-party tools, to collect information about your activity over time and across websites and devices.
• Directly from you: For example, when you contact us, submit an inquiry or case evaluation form, or register for one of our events.
• From third parties: We may receive information about you from business partners, our social media pages, or contacts who share your information with us because they believe you may be interested in our services or events.

HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Commercial utilization: To provide you with information about Kelley Kronenberg, our attorneys, our services, and our events. See “Cookies and Electronic Communications” below for your choices about these communications.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

We may verify your identity, as permitted or required by law, before processing your request. Verification may involve requesting information we can match against data already in our possession.

• Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to know: Request disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories collected, the sources of that information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing it, the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it, and the specific pieces of personal information collected about you.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: Direct us to limit our use of sensitive personal information, such as health condition or immigration status you provide in an inquiry, to what is necessary to evaluate and respond to your submission.
• Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right under this section.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time, including through a Global Privacy Control signal. See “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” below.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. The agent must provide evidence of your written permission to act for you. If we cannot verify the authenticity of a request, we may ask for additional information or deny the request.

DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in either of these ways:

1. Click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the website footer.
2. Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser.

When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and disable the relevant advertising trackers for your browsing session. You will see a confirmation message stating “Opt-Out Request Honored.” Opting out does not affect your ability to use our Platform or receive legal services from our firm.

CHILDREN UNDER 18

The Platform hosting this Policy is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under 18, and we make efforts to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided us with information, contact us at marketing@kelleykronenberg.com or write to the address at the end of this Policy. Please label your inquiry “COPPA Information Request.”

COOKIES AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You have several options for managing how we collect, use, and disclose your information through cookies and electronic communications. Some of these choices are specific to your browser and device.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

• Cookies: You can adjust your browser settings to accept new cookies only with your affirmative consent, to automatically reject cookies, or to delete or disable existing cookies. • Email tools: You can adjust your email settings to block automatic image downloads in messages, since embedded images can track your interaction with the message.

• Google Analytics: We may use Google Analytics on our Platform to understand usage patterns.

Blocking or deleting cookies may limit certain features of our Platform. Because these settings are browser- and device-specific, you may need to reselect your preferences after clearing cookies or changing devices.

• Global Privacy Control: We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under California law. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we automatically disable cross-context advertising trackers for that session and display a confirmation message. No other industry-standard specification currently exists for “do not track” signals outside of GPC, so we do not respond to non-GPC signals separately.
• Marketing communications: You can opt out of our electronic marketing communications at any time. You will continue to receive transactional messages from us.

SECURITY

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we cannot guarantee absolute security, we use reasonable measures to protect the personal information within our control, and we encourage you to exercise caution online.

STORAGE OF INFORMATION

Data we retain might be stored within or outside the United States. If you reside outside the United States, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States. This Platform is designed for utilization within the United States and is governed by United States laws, which may not offer the same level of protection as those in your home country.
