Danielle Shin is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on commercial transactions, commercial litigation, and M&A matters. She advises businesses and entrepreneurs on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial transactions, corporate structuring, trademark protection and enforcement, and other business-related legal issues affecting day-to-day operations. She brings a unique background combining her experience in intellectual property (trademark law) with contract negotiation and business operations. 

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg as an Attorney, Danielle served as a Law Clerk with the firm, where she developed her skills in intellectual property law, including trademark, copyright, and social media representation. Prior to her legal career in Florida, Danielle worked in California’s entertainment and technology industries, holding positions managing partnerships and operations. In these roles, she negotiated contracts with potential partners, facilitated account onboarding, and collaborated with executives and in-house counsel on matters involving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and business development. 

Danielle attended the University of San Diego, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Media Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List. 

Danielle’s legal background and business experience allow her to approach commercial disputes with both transactional insight and litigation-minded strategy. Her negotiation skills prove valuable across her practice areas, whether resolving commercial litigation efficiently or structuring sound agreements. Her understanding of intellectual property issues adds further perspective for clients facing complex personal and business legal matters. 

Danielle is currently an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University College of Law, where she teaches a course on trademark and branding. She is conversational in Spanish and Tagalog.
