Emily DiNardi is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on probate litigation, estate planning, and matters.  

Prior to her current role, Emily worked as a law clerk at Kelley Kronenberg, where she communicated with clients regularly, drafted all required pleadings and motions for probate and guardianship cases from start to finish, and researched relevant case law and statutory precedent. She also served as secretary and legal researcher for a New York company, where she researched legal issues regarding employment law and corporate law, reviewed contracts for the sale of the company, and drafted employee handbooks based on New York employment law. Her experience includes working as a law clerk at a Florida law firm, where she drafted pleadings for probate, business, civil litigation, and medical malpractice matters and observed hearings and depositions. During law school, she served as an intern for the Honorable Judge Edward Artau at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, where she drafted bench memos and analyzed appellate briefs. 

Emily graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and served as an officer of Delta Delta Delta sorority. She earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and served as President of The Federalist Society and Regional Director, President of the Republican National Lawyers Association, and Secretary of the Real Property, Probate, & Trust Law Society.
