Marissa Pilkington is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense matters.  

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Marissa worked as an associate attorney at a law firm where she advised defendants and insurance companies, drafted answers and complex motions, conducted discovery, analyzed discovery responses, and participated in mediations and settlement negotiations. She also worked as an associate attorney developing estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, preparing wills and trusts, and maintaining client relationships. During law school, she served as a legal intern where she filed legal documents, contacted clients, and drafted motions and complaints. 

Marissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a minor in Crime, Law, and Deviance from the University of Central Florida, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and President’s Honor Roll and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She received her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
