Shyla Bostick is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on the defense of general liability and third-party insurance matters.
Shyla’s experience includes supporting major insurance defense and pharmaceutical litigation matters for prominent law firms. Prior to Kelley Kronenberg, she served as Of Counsel at a Jacksonville law firm, where she managed a high-volume portfolio of general liability and insurance defense files, developed sophisticated causation defenses through depositions of technical experts including radiologists and biomechanical engineers, and authored and argued motions for summary judgment. Her practice includes defending commercial trucking, motor vehicle, and premises liability cases at multiple firms, achieving an eight-figure judgment avoidance at trial and securing favorable settlements in over eighty percent of assigned motor vehicle liability cases. As lead trial counsel, she successfully tried complex civil and family law matters to verdict and secured favorable judgments protecting significant client assets.
