Ali Raza is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg in the Construction Law Division, focusing his practice on construction law, construction defect litigation, construction litigation, and OSHA matters. He brings litigation experience handling complex commercial disputes and construction-related claims.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ali worked as an Associate Attorney managing complex civil litigation matters from inception through final resolution. His primary focus was construction defect claims, where he developed case strategies, drafted pleadings and substantive motions, conducted discovery, and prepared matters for mediation, settlement, and trial. Additionally, Ali has experience with first-party property disputes, and commercial litigation matters involving real estate and business dispute.

Ali earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Florida International University, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List. He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he received the CALI Book Award in Law, Finance & Markets, was recognized on the Dean’s List, and served as Senior Representative of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
