Alivia Carlton is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg in the General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense Division.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Alivia worked as an Associate Attorney managing criminal defense dockets for felonies and misdemeanors, where she drafted pleadings, conducted depositions, handled pre-trial conferences, and appeared at hearings and trials. She built this litigation foundation through prior roles, where she drafted pleadings and discovery documents, and assisted attorneys with trial preparation and mediations.

Alivia earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University, where she received a Certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security. She received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, where she was an Executive Board Member for the First Generation Law Student Association and participated in the school’s Alternate Dispute Resolution Team and Legal Aid Clinics. During her undergraduate years, she served as an Investigator Intern with the Leon County Public Defender’s Office.
