Britney A. Quow

Partner

Britney Quow is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg in the General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense Division. She brings over a decade of experience handling a high volume of cases involving all aspects of personal injury litigation with an emphasis on automobile negligence and premises liability.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Britney served as House Counsel for General Liability at an insurance company, where she defended all types of casualty liability cases including general liability, premises liability, products liability, and personal injury. She previously worked as an insurance defense litigation attorney at multiple firms, representing clients throughout the litigation process from case inception through trial, including in mediation and arbitration. She has argued various motions in both state and federal court. Her experience also includes working as a labor and employment attorney at a major law firm, where she provided litigation representation on labor and employment law claims, worked with corporate clients and in-house counsel, and developed defense strategies for discrimination claims before the EEOC and FCHR.

Britney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh. She received her Doctor of Law from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as a student attorney with the Human Rights Clinic providing legal advocacy on behalf of undocumented immigrants to various international human rights entities.
