Brittany Stern

Attorney

Brittany Stern is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on estate planning matters including asset protection, estate planning, guardianship, probate and trust administration, probate litigation, trusts, and wills.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Brittany served as a law clerk in the Financial Services Department of an AmLaw ranked national firm, where she worked for three years beginning in her second year of law school. She continued with the firm for an additional year after graduating and being admitted to the Florida Bar, where she gained invaluable experience assisting with contested and uncontested residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure matters on behalf of lenders and servicers in Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, and New York.

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with minors in Business Law, Economics, and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Brittany was the recipient of the Faculty Merit Scholarship and consistently earned placement on the Dean’s List throughout law school. In recognition of her academic excellence and legal writing proficiency, she was invited to join the honors organization, Nova Law Review, where she served as a Junior Associate and Articles Editor. Brittany’s scholarly article discussing social media’s influence on trial outcomes and what Florida can do to prevent a breakdown in the adversarial process was selected for publication through a competitive editorial process and published in the Nova Law Review Florida Book. Additionally, she attended the University of Oxford for a semester in England, where she completed coursework in comparative advocacy and arbitration.
