Brooke Suárez is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense. She brings extensive litigation experience from both criminal prosecution and civil defense practice, including complex commercial litigation and RICO defense. 

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Brooke worked as an associate at a law firm handling complex commercial litigation on behalf of financial institutions including major national banks, where she handled RICO actions in federal court and represented clients in high-stakes commercial disputes. She also worked as an associate at multiple law firms handling insurance defense litigation and served as Staff Counsel for a major insurance company for nearly five years, representing the company in bodily injury and property damage claims. Her experience includes serving as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, where she handled criminal prosecutions and gained valuable trial experience. 

Brooke graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Clinic and completed internships with the United States Attorney’s Office, Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, New Jersey Attorney General Division of Law, and Union County Prosecutor’s Office.
