Cheriline B. Fertil

Cheriline Fertil is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability defense, premises liability, and New York labor law. She represents clients in complex liability matters, focusing on risk mitigation and strategic defense solutions.

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Cheriline served as an attorney at a prominent legal services organization in New York, where she managed a high-volume caseload in state court litigation. She previously gained valuable experience as a law clerk at a business immigration firm and completed internships with a Fortune 100 company and the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Cheriline holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Nova Southeastern University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where she served as Staff Editor for the Journal of International Law and Comparative Studies and made the Dean’s List. During law school, she was actively involved in the Black Law Students Association as Community Service Chair, participated in the Nelson Mandela International Negotiations Competition and American Caribbean Law Initiative, and served as a member of the Corporate and Securities Law Organization.
