Cole Kochman is Vice President of Client Relations at Kelley Kronenberg, where he works alongside President of Business Development Alida Verdino to strategically expand the firm’s client relationships and market presence.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Cole served as Director of Account Management at Paradigm, where he managed one hundred forty million dollars in business across three business lines and maintained specialty networks, care at home, and case management accounts for bill review companies and national carriers. Previously, he worked as a National Account Manager, maintaining client relationships and growing accounts through cross-selling initiatives. His experience also includes serving as Vice President of Business Development and Business Development Executive at North American Risk Services, where he built relationships with senior executives from insurance carriers, managing general agents, brokers, municipalities, and self-insureds while traveling nationally to target decision makers and grow claims volume.
Cole graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Persuasion Track and minors in Advertising and Public Relations. During his undergraduate years, he was recognized on the Dean’s List for four semesters, received the MVFC Commissioner’s Academic Award, and maintained MVFC Honor Roll status for three years.
Cole was a college football player at Youngstown State University at the FCS Division 1AA level from 2013 to 2016, earning college letters. He is a member of Rising Insurance Star Executives, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and industry leadership.
