Corey Vincent is an Attorney in Kelley Kronenberg’s General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense Division, focusing his practice on automobile liability defense, construction litigation, general liability and third-party insurance defense, fraud defense and SIU matters, investigating counsel and monitoring counsel, New York Labor Law, negligent security, and premises liability.

Corey returns to Kelley Kronenberg, where he previously represented clients in third-party insurance defense, insurance coverage, and general liability matters, defending cases involving injuries ranging from non-surgical cases to paraplegic and quadriplegic injuries for clients including school boards, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, condominiums, and retail stores. Between his tenures at Kelley Kronenberg, he worked as an associate litigation attorney at multiple firms defending clients in general liability defense matters including automobile negligence, trucking and transportation liability, wrongful death, negligent security, premises liability, construction defect litigation, and insurance defense throughout Florida. His experience also includes handling insurance defense litigation for an insurance company that insures emergency service providers nationwide, representing financial institutions in consumer finance litigation managing a caseload valued at approximately twenty million dollars, and representing business owners and individuals in real estate and business transactions, renewable energy projects, and estate planning.

Corey earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Syracuse University. He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
