Daniel Cerritos is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense matters. He has extensive experience representing property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and government entities in New York Labor Law claims and asbestos litigation throughout New York State.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Daniel worked as an associate at a New York law firm for over fifteen years, where he represented clients in Labor Law claims in the five boroughs of New York City, Nassau County, and Suffolk County from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, attending court conferences and mediations, determining legal strategy, negotiating settlements, conducting trials, and drafting and arguing appeals. He previously worked as an associate at another firm handling various tort claims including dram shop, assault, labor law, premises, and automobile claims from answer through trial. He also served as a staff attorney for the Suffolk County Legal Aid Society handling criminal matters from arraignment to trial in Suffolk County District Court and as an associate at a firm handling criminal, immigration, and general negligence cases.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Geneseo State University. He received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
