Danitza Gonzalez is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, where she focuses her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense. She brings extensive experience in handling and preparing defense cases at various stages of litigation.
Danitza’s legal career spans over a decade, during which she has gained diverse experience in multiple areas of law. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, she worked at several prominent law firms in South Florida, where she handled cases involving professional malpractice, HOA/COA disputes, housing discrimination, ADA/FHA complaints, premises liability, negligent security, personal injury, and general coverage determination. Her experience also includes working as a litigation attorney managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution. Notably, Danitza served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Department of Economic Opportunity in Tallahassee, Florida, presiding over employment-related hearings and rendering decisions on eligibility and chargeability issues.
Danitza completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, cum laude, with minors in Psychology and Gerontology/Aging Studies. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating in the top 25% of her class. During law school, she gained practical experience through various clinics and internships, including work in disability and public benefits, immigration and human rights, and unemployment compensation.
She is bilingual, with fluency in Spanish.
