Ed Kwarteng Siaw

Attorney

Ed Kwarteng Siaw is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on the defense of general liability and third-party insurance defense matters, and construction liability defense.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ed worked as an in-house legal intern at a global nonprofit organization, where he supported the organization’s legal operations including grants management, multi-jurisdiction compliance research, international legal risk analysis, and litigation support. He previously served as a legal research fellow at an international human rights organization in Geneva, Switzerland, where he conducted legal research and authored policy briefs on international law with a focus on global digital governance, monitored UN Human Rights Council sessions, and collaborated with senior researchers to develop legal and policy recommendations for policymakers. His experience also includes working as a business analyst managing tax collection software systems for tax collectors’ offices in over twenty Florida counties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Ed earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University, where he was a John W. Kluge Scholar, member of the National Political Science Honor Society, Columbia University Summer Enhancement Fellow, and served as President of the African Students Association. He received his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, where he was a Rasheed M. McWilliams Scholar, White & Case Orison Marden Fellow, Teaching Assistant for Professor Natasha Chokhani, Communications Chair and 3L Representative for the Black Allied Law Students Association, and Student Advocate in the Global Justice Clinic.

Ed is fluent in Akan-Twi and proficient in Spanish.
