Erick Colindres

Erick Colindres is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on personal injury protection/no-fault insurance defense. 

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg as an Attorney, Erick served as a Law Clerk in the firm’s Personal Injury Protection/No-Fault Division. Erick’s legal background also includes an internship at a health law firm in Miami, where he worked on cases involving overpayments from Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. In this role, he drafted legal documents, conducted legal research, and assisted in preparing for depositions. 

Before pursuing his legal career, Erick held management positions in the telecommunications industry at a leading national telecommunications company. In this capacity, he oversaw sales operations, implemented customer service strategies, and led high-performing teams. This experience cultivated his leadership abilities and client-focused approach, skills he now leverages in his legal practice.   

Erick completed his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Florida International University, where he also earned a Certificate in Law, Ethics, and Society. Erick went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Florida International University School of Law. During his time in law school, he demonstrated academic excellence by receiving the C.A.L.I Excellence Award in Contracts. He was also actively involved in student organizations, serving as the President of the Sports, Entertainment, Fashion and Arts Society and as the Event Coordinator for the Tech Law Society.
