Gabriela “Gaby” Rodriguez is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters. She brings more than eighteen years of progressive legal experience across estate planning, insurance defense, foreclosure litigation, and municipal law.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Gaby worked as an estate planning attorney, where she authored and executed over one hundred bespoke estate planning suites including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney while ensuring full compliance with state statutory requirements, and managed the end-to-end lifecycle of estate and guardianship litigation by drafting and filing pleadings and motions. Her extensive background in complex litigation includes serving as a partner at a law firm where she drove high-impact defense strategies for insurance carriers, oversaw end-to-end litigation lifecycles for multiple matters, and secured favorable case outcomes through strategic pre-trial resolutions. She previously worked as an associate attorney defending insurance carriers in complex coverage disputes and as a litigator handling insurance defense, foreclosure litigation, and municipal matters including zoning disputes, contract disputes, and tort claims. Her experience also includes serving as a pre-litigation manager and collections supervisor, where she assisted in trial preparation and managed foreclosure-related matters.
Gaby earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fordham University. She received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and her Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami.
