Hannah Eckeberger is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg in the General Liability Division. She focuses her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense matters, including construction defect litigation, professional liability, products liability, coverage and bad faith disputes, architects and engineers’ liability, and related areas. She also handles first-party insurance defense matters.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Hannah worked as a Senior Associate at a national law firm, where she represented major insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes, including bad faith claims arising from weather-related events and business interruption matters. She also previously worked as Senior Counsel at a high-volume national defense firm on a diverse range of cases, including product liability, construction defects, catastrophic injuries, real estate disputes, tort litigation, consumer law matters, and employment disputes where she represented employers before state and federal agencies. Her work included managing all aspects of pre-trial discovery, drafting motions, appearing before state and federal courts, and second-chair trial experience.

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Human Relations with a minor in Constitutional Studies from the University of Oklahoma and received her Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a member of several legal and community organizations, including the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Dallas Women Lawyers Association, and the Junior League of Dallas.
