Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Jeanette founded and led the New York office of a prominent national civil litigation defense firm, developing a sophisticated insurance coverage and bad faith practice while handling a diverse range of defense litigation matters including premises liability, construction litigation, professional liability, healthcare liability, and employment law.

Throughout her career, Jeanette has represented insurers, businesses, and corporate clients in a wide range of defense, coverage, and complex litigation matters, including premises liability, construction litigation, professional liability, healthcare liability, employment law, and commercial disputes. She advises clients on insurance coverage analysis, regulatory compliance, risk management, and litigation strategy, and has extensive experience handling high-exposure coverage disputes and bad faith claims.

Jeanette earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science Legal Studies and English from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She received her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.

Jeanette has also made national media appearances. On June 2, 2013, she appeared as a legal analyst on Fox News Channel’s America’s News Headquarters with Gregg Jarrett, offering commentary on the admissibility of audio evidence in the high-profile George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin case in Florida.
