Jordan Greenberg is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg, where he concentrates on matters related to all aspects of liability and casualty defense with a focus on third-party insurance defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Jordan worked as an Associate Attorney for a Florida insurance defense firm where he represented clients in general liability matters including premises liability, automobile negligence, negligent security, and product liability defense. Jordan has represented clients across a variety of industries including retail, hospitality and insurance.

 Jordan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Political Science from the University of Florida. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he was a Goodwin Scholar, earned a spot on the Dean’s List for three consecutive years, and graduated in the top 5% of his class. While in law school, Jordan served on the Executive Board of the Nova Law Review as the Lead Articles Editor and held several teaching and research assistant positions in Criminal Law and Lawyering Skills & Values. Jordan earned CALI Highest Grade Awards in Constitutional Law, Lawyering Skills & Values II, Wills, Business Entities, Federal Income Tax, Civil Pre-Trial Practice, Probate Law Workshop, Juvenile Law, and Advanced Research Techniques. Jordan was also awarded the Fredrick J. Damski Memorial Book Award by B’nai B’rith Justice Unit. Additionally, Jordan worked as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at a Florida litigation defense firm, where he handled matters involving product liability, negligence, employment law, and bankruptcy law.
