Kaitlyn Girard is the Human Resources Operations Director at Kelley Kronenberg, overseeing human resources strategy, operations, and management across the firm’s multiple offices. She brings over a decade of progressive HR experience in generalist, operations, and management roles, with a strong track record of building HR strategy, leading and developing HR staff, and driving organizational effectiveness.

As HR Operations Director, Kaitlyn sets strategic direction for compensation, employee relations, and compliance functions. She supervises and mentors HR team members, manages day-to-day HR operations to support departmental efficiency, and partners with leadership to shape HR strategy and organizational structure. Kaitlyn handles complex employee relations matters, provides guidance on policy interpretation and compliance issues, and serves as the escalation point for firm-wide HR and compliance concerns.

Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in General Business with a concentration in Human Resources and Finance from the University of West Florida, where she completed relevant coursework in human resources management, compensation and benefits, staffing and training, and organizational behavior.
