Kelsey Johnson is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on the defense of general liability and third-party insurance defense matters.

Prior to becoming an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, Kelsey served as a law clerk with the firm’s General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense Division, where she provided essential discovery and litigation support and garnered the skills needed for her current role. She previously worked as a law clerk and paralegal at a law firm handling civil litigation including medical malpractice, personal injury, civil rights, and intellectual property matters, where she drafted and filed legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands, conducted legal research, supported trial preparation, and communicated with clients, corporate representatives, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel. Her experience also includes working as a law clerk at a firm handling special and higher education law, civil rights, and personal injury matters, where she drafted legal documentation and conducted legal research to assist attorneys in brief writing and motion practice, and as a legal assistant at a law firm assisting with trial preparation and maintaining case files.

Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree in jurisprudence from Montclair State University. She received her Juris Doctor from Widener Commonwealth Law School.
