Kenneth “Ken” Racicot is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, handling the defense of PIP/No-Fault matters.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ken worked as an Assistant Public Defender, where he independently managed a high-volume caseload, tried numerous cases to verdict before juries, and conducted comprehensive trial strategy development including theme development and witness preparation. He drafted, argued, and litigated substantive pretrial motions and maintained primary responsibility for all aspects of client representation from arraignment through verdict.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a minor in General Business from Florida State University, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he was ranked in the top 10% of his class, served as Executive Vice President of the Trial Team, received the CALI Book Award in Trial Advocacy Practice, received the Merit Scholarship, and was recognized on the Dean’s List for all semesters. During law school, he served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Public Defender’s office managing a misdemeanor docket and trying cases to verdict, as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carol-Lisa Phillips in the Circuit Civil Division, and as a legal intern with the United States Coast Guard, where he researched and analyzed international agreements, administrative law, and maritime law.
