Kim Robards is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense matters. She brings extensive experience in complex civil and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Kim worked as a partner in a collaborative law practice focusing on complex civil litigation, dispute resolution, and business matters. She previously worked as an associate attorney at a law firm handling complex civil litigation, contractual disputes, and multidistrict litigation. Her experience encompasses all phases of case management including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, as well as significant leadership and coordination of multiple attorneys across multiple states on complex matters. Kim is also a certified mediator, bringing additional dispute resolution capabilities to her practice.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas. She was awarded membership in the University’s chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, a national English Honor Society. She received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, where she was awarded membership in Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society (Wood Inn), served as Assistant Note and Comment Editor for the South Texas College of Law’s flagship Law Review.
