Marc Schulz is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg in the General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense Division, focusing his practice on New York Labor Law and construction defense matters. He has spent over a decade handling complex Labor Law 240, 241(6), 200, negligence, crossclaims, and indemnification issues, as well as general liability cases.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Marc served as a partner and member at law firms where he was Co-Chair of New York Labor Law Practice Group, and a member of the Premises Liability and Construction Practice Groups, handling insurance defense litigation and SUM/UIM claims involving litigation and arbitration. He previously worked as an associate attorney at a firm for nearly eight years, where he developed extensive expertise in Labor Law and construction defense matters.
Marc earned his Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. He also studied at Leeds Trinity University. He received his Doctor of Law from University at Buffalo School of Law.
