Marisa Hershiser is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg where she assists in handling matters related to all aspects of first-party insurance defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Marisa worked as an Associate Attorney where she gained experience in first-party insurance defense.  She also worked as a Senior Attorney in the healthcare industry providing legal support to healthcare organizations and large hospitals in resolving insurance claims.

Marisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, cum laude, from the University of Florida.  She went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law where she was an Appellate Procedure Competition Quarterfinalist and a Chester Bedell Memorial Mock Trial Competition Advocate.  In addition, she held the position of Stonewall Alliance Treasurer, ACLA Secretary, and Student Bar Association Social Committee Chair.
