Noah Lindsay

Attorney

(845) 306-7867

Noah Lindsay is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg in the General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense Division, focusing his practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense, premises liability, New York Labor Law, construction law, professional liability defense, appellate matters, and coverage and bad faith litigation.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Noah worked as an associate at a New York law firm in the construction litigation group, where his practice consisted of commercial, construction, and general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law, and property damage. He represented construction contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, building owners, and developers in all stages of civil litigation in cases involving alleged high-exposure construction accidents and defects, complex contractual and common law risk transfer, and insurance coverage disputes. During law school, he served as a clinic intern representing low-income, elderly Queens residents in cases involving deed theft, foreclosure defense, predatory lending, home improvement contractor fraud, and debt collection matters. He also worked as a law clerk drafting legal documents related to estate planning, elder law, and real estate contracts, and as an intern drafting probate and administration proceeding documents and trust and estate documents.

Noah graduated with highest honors from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List for six semesters and the President’s List for two semesters. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he received a Dean’s Scholarship for full tuition and served as Senior Staff Member of the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal.
