Olivia Mancini is a Practice Partner at Kelley Kronenberg in the Workers’ Compensation Division. She represents clients across all stages of litigation, from intake through resolution, managing a substantial caseload and guiding clients and legal teams toward favorable outcomes.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Olivia built a career as lead counsel on a high-volume caseload, taking depositions, attending mediations and hearings, and negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients. She drafted and filed pleadings, including discovery responses, motions, and petitions for benefits, while maintaining significant client communication throughout each matter. Olivia also managed a legal team, overseeing case strategy and ensuring the efficient resolution of legal issues for her clients. Earlier in her career, she worked on the intake of new clients, reviewed medical records, and drafted discovery and demand correspondence.

Olivia earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Temple University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and received the Law Alumni Scholarship.
