Ryan Gesten is Of Counsel at Kelley Kronenberg. He brings extensive experience in commercial litigation, corporate operations, and strategic business management, having served in executive leadership roles and managed complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ryan served as Vice President and General Counsel for a nationwide security and fire watch guard group, where he managed day-to-day operations generating eight-digit annual revenue, spearheaded national litigation efforts, negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts, and effectuated revitalization of failing offices. He was founding shareholder of his own multi-state litigation law firm with offices in Florida, New York, and Virginia, where he litigated complex commercial matters and represented clients in high-value real estate, foreclosure, and insurance litigation. Ryan has also served as partner at a law firm leading litigation strategy for commercial and real estate cases, as shareholder and co-managing partner where he increased firm revenue by over twenty-five percent through strategic acquisitions and mergers, and as owner of his own law practice where he first-chaired over two hundred trials with over ninety-five percent favorable outcomes. His experience also includes serving as Florida corporate counsel, senior associate attorney, and associate attorney at multiple firms.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing major from the University of Miami School of Business. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and participated in a summer abroad program at the University of London Faculty of Law.
