Sarah Taj is a Practice Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on first-party property insurance defense.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Sarah worked as an Associate Attorney handling first-party property matters, where she managed complex property insurance litigation on behalf of a major property insurance corporation from inception through resolution. She has taken and defended over one hundred depositions of fact witnesses, public adjusters, contractors, and expert witnesses, and has drafted and argued substantive motions including motions for summary judgment and motions in limine. Her experience also includes serving as In-House Counsel providing legal analysis and support to a major automobile insurance company, where she conducted mediations, arbitrations, and depositions in breach of contract and declaratory relief actions. She has also worked as an Associate Attorney in personal injury protection and general liability matters, representing various insurance companies and handling cases from inception to resolution. Additionally, she served as an Assistant State Attorney, representing the State of Florida in criminal matters.

Sarah graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she participated in the Gator Team Child Juvenile Law Clinic and served as a Research Assistant.
