Scott Dornstein is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg, with over 15 years of experience litigating claims in Florida. He focuses his practice on first-party property matters, specifically claims under excess and surplus policies. He handles all aspects of litigation from case inception through mediation and trial.
Scott is passionate about defending the interests of his clients, as a strong defense against meritless insurance claims is a key part of protecting the insurance market for the people of Florida. Scott prides himself on efficiently handling litigated matters and working collaboratively with his clients to ensure the best outcomes for clients and the industry as a whole.
Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with an emphasis on Legal Studies, from Florida State University. Scott then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
