We are thrilled to announce that Tim Armstrong has joined Kelley Kronenberg as Partner and Business Unit Leader, bringing with him over two decades of diverse litigation experience. Tim is a seasoned trial attorney with an impressive track record across complex commercial disputes, criminal litigation, family law matters, and insurance defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Tim served as Of Counsel at a Jacksonville-based firm where he represented defendants in complex civil litigation, including automobile cases, premises liability, and wrongful death actions. His clients included major national brands and numerous property management and hotel companies.

Earlier in his career, Tim founded and successfully managed a law firm in Jacksonville, building a respected firm while maintaining a robust personal practice. Over his career, he has represented over 200 civil clients, over 1,200 criminal defendants, and handled complex insurance defense cases for major carriers.

What makes Tim particularly valuable to our firm is his comprehensive litigation background. His experience spans many of our key practice areas, including. Tim also brings his extensive experience in criminal matters to the firm, further expanding our suite of services. His track record of successful trial outcomes and settlements demonstrates his ability to deliver exceptional results for clients. Additionally, his experience as a firm founder and manager brings valuable perspective to his role as a Business Unit Leader.

Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Jacksonville University, his Master of Business Administration from American University, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor teaching Business Law and Legal Research & Writing at both Webster University and Florida State College at Jacksonville.
