Vanessa Nieto is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg in the Real Estate Division, focusing her practice on mortgage foreclosure litigation. She brings extensive experience in foreclosure proceedings and real estate matters, with a strong background in case management and client relations.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Vanessa worked as an Associate Attorney representing clients in foreclosure proceedings from initiation through judgment, handling all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings and motions, appearing in court for hearings and trials, and managing a high-volume caseload. She has significant experience conducting legal research and analysis to resolve title issues, negotiating settlements, and acting as primary client liaison. Throughout her career, she has managed mortgage loan portfolios, handled case management and litigation matters, and provided Spanish-language translation to facilitate borrower communication.
Vanessa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University, where she was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and The National Political Science Honor Society. She received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
Vanessa is fluent in Spanish.
