Yenly Gonzalez is Controller at Kelley Kronenberg, overseeing regional accounting operations, financial reporting, and cross-functional business partnership. She brings extensive experience in US GAAP compliance, statutory reporting, IFRS, FP&A collaboration, ERP implementations, and executive-level financial communication.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Yenly served as Finance Manager for NBCUniversal LATAM International Networks & Direct-to-Consumer, where she oversaw multi-entity LATAM accounting operations with full responsibility for US GAAP compliance, directed end-to-end monthly close cycles and accurate financial reporting, built strong cross-functional relationships with Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, auditors, and local authorities, and managed accounting activities including revenue recognition, cost accruals, journal-entry governance, intercompany transactions, and business-unit financial analysis. She previously served as Corporate Financial Controller at a company where she led and mentored a thirteen-member Finance team across accounts payable, accounts receivable, Treasury, FP&A, and Accounting, prepared consolidated monthly financial statements and cash-flow reports for executive leadership, presented monthly financial results to the Board, and oversaw full financial management including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, capital expenditures, capital and operating leases, annual budgets, and financial forecasts. Her experience also includes serving as US Financial Reporting Accountant for a global retail and e-commerce company and as Senior Accountant for a media company, where she led month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for LATAM regions.

Yenly earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from American InterContinental University. She received her Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from St. Thomas University.
