PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
All full-time employees are eligible for 18 to 23 days of PTO in their first year depending on functional role or tenure. Part-time employees are eligible for 9 days of PTO.

All full-time employees are eligible for 11 paid holidays and 1 Mental Health Day.

MATERNITY LEAVE
New mothers are eligible for 3-6 weeks of company paid maternity/adoption leave (depending on the number of years of employment with the firm).

401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN
Employees are eligible to enroll in the firm’s Retirement Savings Plan on the first of the month following the date of hire.
