Taji Foreman is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, where he focuses his practice on real estate, with an emphasis on mortgage foreclosure and default services. His experience encompasses complex bankruptcy litigation, creditors’ rights, and foreclosure matters across federal and state courts. 

Mark Kieslor is a Partner based in the firm’s Tampa and Short Hills, New Jersey offices. He handles all aspects of liability and casualty defense with a focus on third-party insurance defense. His career encompasses extensive experience in general liability litigation, foreclosure litigation, personal injury law, and premises liability claims. 

Brittany Sunshine is a Practice Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, where she handles matters related to all aspects of general liability and casualty defense.
