Jany Holland is a Practice Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, handling matters related to the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third-party administrators, and claims servicing agencies.

Before joining the firm, Jany worked as a senior litigation attorney, where she represented and advised clients in matters involving civil litigation, with an emphasis on first and third-party property claims, personal injury, employment law, real estate disputes, commercial law and breach of contract. She also spent several years handling workers’ compensation claims on behalf of injured workers.

Jany earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, cum laude, where she received the CALI Award and made Dean’s list.

Jany is fluent in Spanish.
