Elina Dalaly is Director of Private Pay in Kelley Kronenberg’s Accounting and Finance Department. She brings extensive experience in legal operations, systems implementation, and business development within legal service organizations.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Elina served as Chief Executive Officer and previously as Director of Legal & Clinical Operations for a nationally recognized expert witness firm specializing in brain injury litigation. In these roles, she led operational strategy and implemented standardized systems that improved organizational efficiency by thirty percent and reduced case processing time by forty percent.
Elina managed the coordination and oversight of more than eight hundred brain injury legal cases nationwide, ensuring streamlined communication and workflow between medical experts and legal teams. She also guided national expansion initiatives that resulted in a seventy percent increase in referral volume. Working closely with executive leadership, she developed and refined operational procedures, medical-legal workflows, and client communication systems across more than thirty states.
Earlier in her career, Elina held roles as an office manager and paralegal, supporting legal research, case preparation, and client relations.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wayne State University and her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
