Brooke Suárez is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense. She brings extensive litigation experience from both criminal prosecution and civil defense practice.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Brooke worked as an associate at multiple law firms handling insurance defense litigation. She served as Staff Counsel for a major insurance company for nearly five years, representing the company in bodily injury and property damage claims. Her experience also includes serving as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, where she handled criminal prosecutions and gained valuable trial experience. She began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Criminal Part, where she gained insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom procedures. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Clinic and completed internships with the United States Attorney’s Office, Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, New Jersey Attorney General Division of Law, and Union County Prosecutor’s Office.

Brooke graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law.
