Gregg Metzger is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on commercial litigation and business transactions. An AV® Preeminent rated attorney, he brings over thirty years of experience in complex and diverse business and intellectual property litigation, successfully prosecuting and defending multi-million dollar claims and high-stakes injunction cases in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration proceedings throughout the United States.

His litigation practice encompasses disputes involving complex commercial relations, business torts, trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, false advertising, non-compete and non-disclosure covenants, employer-employee relations, license agreements, intra-organizational matters, real estate, creditor-debtor relations, and product liability defense. He has appeared as trial and appellate counsel on behalf of a wide variety of business concerns, from individual entrepreneurs to major national corporations.

In addition to his litigation practice, Gregg has significant experience in business and corporate transactions. He has negotiated and prepared an extensive portfolio of business agreements and represented clients in sale and purchase of business transactions, business and venture formation, secured lending transactions, and corporate formation and administration.

Gregg earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami, where he was inducted into The Order of the Coif.
