Amanda Martinez is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg in the General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense Division, with a focus on coverage and bad faith, products liability, professional liability defense, and trucking and commercial transportation matters.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Amanda worked as an Associate Attorney at a law firm specializing in first and third-party property insurance defense, where she handled insurance defense litigation and advised clients on complex legal strategy. She authored coverage opinions analyzing policy language and liability exposure and conducted examinations under oath to investigate claims and inform resolution strategy. She also has experience handling workers’ compensation and probate matters, in which she achieved an 88% case resolution rate.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Arts from Middle Tennessee State University. She received her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
