Jose Padron is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg in the Construction Law Division.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Jose worked as a Litigation Associate at a law firm handling commercial, business, and real estate litigation disputes in state court, where he appeared on motions in complex business disputes and participated in depositions and case management conferences.

Jose earned his Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, from Florida International University, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List and received the Pre-Law Skills and Professional Values Certificate. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he was ranked in the top 5% of his class, received CALI Book Awards in Florida Criminal Procedure, Florida Constitutional Law, Secured Transactions, and Torts, was recognized on the Dean’s List for all semesters, and served as Treasurer of the Federal Bar Association Student Division. During the summer after his first year in law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to law school, he served as a legal intern with the City of Hialeah Law Department for the Assistant City Attorney and Police Legal Advisor.

Jose is fluent in Spanish.
