Matthew Grosswald is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg in the Workers’ Compensation Division. He brings over thirteen years of transactional and litigation experience representing insureds and property and casualty insurers across multiple practice areas including first and third-party commercial and homeowner property, premises liability and personal injury disputes.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Matthew served as Legal Counsel for a multinational healthcare company, where he was responsible for commercial transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, managing state and federal litigation, and negotiating settlements, reducing corporate exposure to liability. Matthew previously owned a South Florida law firm where he represented clients in insurance disputes, product liability and business tort litigation in state and federal courts.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center.
