Kelley Kronenberg Earns First-Ever Chambers USA Ranking in Construction Law
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
[FORT LAUDERDALE, FL] – Kelley Kronenberg has been ranked by Chambers USA in Construction for the first time in the firm’s history, a milestone recognition included in the Chambers USA 2026 Guide released on June 4. Chambers USA ranks the top 2% of lawyers and law firms in the U.S. market.
The firm’s debut ranking in Construction in Florida reflects the growth and reputation of its Construction Law Division under the leadership of Gary L. Brown, Chair of the division, who was again individually ranked by Chambers USA in Construction, continuing a run of recognition that dates to 2021.
“This is an extremely proud moment for our team,” said Gary Brown. “Seeing the firm ranked for the first time, alongside my own continued recognition, shows how far this practice of the firm has come. It’s a milestone for the division and for everyone who has helped build this practice with me.”
Kelley Kronenberg’s Construction Law Division represents public and private clients across Florida and nationally, covering the full range of construction matters, from pre-construction contract drafting and negotiation, to project disputes during construction, to project closeout and post-completion defect claims. The division also counsels clients on job-site safety and regulatory compliance with OSHA. On the public side, the division represents municipalities, local governments, and contractors on public works projects, including procurement documents, construction agreements, and bid protests.
Gary has built that practice over a career marked by sustained peer recognition. A Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, he is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law, one of a limited number of attorneys in the state to hold the distinction, and serves as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, and his B.A., with distinction, from Nova Southeastern University. He has also been an adjunct law professor at Nova where he taught an advanced course on Construction Law. His continued individual ranking by Chambers and inclusion in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for Construction underscores his standing among Florida’s leading construction attorneys.
Chambers and Partners evaluates law firms and attorneys through independent research, including client interviews and market analysis. Its rankings are widely used by businesses and individuals seeking legal counsel.
“To earn a firm ranking from Chambers, while Gary continues to be recognized individually, speaks to the strength of this practice,” added Heath S. Eskalyo, Principal Partner and Chief Performance Officer at Kelley Kronenberg. “Gary and his team have earned every bit of this recognition.”
