Anthony Caserta is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, where he concentrates on matters related to all aspects of first-party property insurance defense, general liability, and personal injury protection (PIP) where he advocated for personal injury protection clients, corresponding regarding issues with CPT code payments, deductible issues, billed amount, and material misrepresentation.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was an Attorney at a personal injury protection firm where he handled cases through all phases of litigation. Additionally, he spent two years at the Public Defender’s Office, Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he maintained a very high caseload and gained invaluable litigation and trial experience. He also has experience in a variety of practice areas including first-party property, contract, family law, real estate, wills, and trusts & estates. Furthermore, he served as the General Counsel for a local restoration company.

Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Florida and went to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. While attending law school, Anthony served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Frederick Lauten and a Legal Intern for the Office of the State Attorney, 9th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
