Each summer, selected law school students have the opportunity to rotate through three business units, across a 10-week program, allowing them to gain a wide range of knowledge in multiple practice areas, and assess which is best-suited for them. The goal of this program is to provide a hands-on learning experience in a variety of practice areas, while receiving guidance and feedback from diverse group of established leaders. This program gives law students a true glimpse of what it’s like to be a first-year associate, handling real client work. In addition, Kelley Kronenberg integrates several social activities throughout the program – ensuring that this educational experience is engaging and fun!

Kelley Kronenberg’s Rising Leaders Committee (RLC) helps prepare our attorneys for success by offering them the opportunity to become familiar with key people in the judicial community. Our associate attorneys, summer associates, and recent graduates working at the firm, have a unique platform where they can speak with, and interview, judges throughout the state.
Our Rising Leaders Committee gives associate attorneys a voice within the firm and ensures that their ideas and concerns are heard, while also helping them connect with social, networking, and educational opportunities. Our mission is to foster attorney development, improve firm culture, legal practice, and overall satisfaction at work.
