David M. Gordon

David M. Gordon is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg, where he concentrates on matters related to all aspects of complex insurance defense litigation. 

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, David represented insurance carriers in general civil litigation, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, first-party property, commercial litigation, and copyright law. Before practicing in insurance defense, David obtained substantial experience in Consumer Rights law, specifically focusing on bankruptcy, foreclosure, and appellate work. David also has experience in the areas of property law, estate planning, transactional business law, immigration law, and family law litigation. David has represented a broad range of clients at the trial and appellate levels, in State and Federal court.  

David received his Bachelor of the Arts degree from North Carolina State University in Political Science, also obtaining a Minor in Middle Eastern Studies, in which he earned a place on the Dean’s List. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from Charlotte School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List, a Merit Scholar, and a recipient of the CALI Book Award in recognition of achieving the highest score in his Child Law course.
