Janetlee Garcia is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg who assists in handling matters related to the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third-party administrators, and claims servicing agencies. She has over 18 years of experience handling workers’ compensation defense cases.  

Janetlee earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami, where she made the Dean’s List and Provost’s list. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Janetlee served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, in Miami. She worked closely with various Assistant United State Attorneys in asset forfeiture litigation.  

Janetlee is fluent in Spanish.
